To change behaviors and drive increased usage, we implemented a long-term, multi-pronged marketing campaign that aggressively pursued target market segments with relevant messaging promoting parking discounts, educating consumers on how to access the prepay system and on reframing the concept of airport parking as a trip planning necessity. Ultimately, ABI helped DFW change the way consumers thought about airport parking and increase the number of travelers that used prepaid parking over rideshare, off-airport, or drop-off options.
