ABI planned and executed the event over a 9-month period.  The ​​Grand Opening HealthFest activities were designed to maximize participation and to balance the delivery of wellness information with healthy lifestyle tips, delicious food, and fun activities for the community.

Our Solution

Grand Opening event. On September 17th, UT Southwestern celebrated the Grand Opening of UT Southwestern at RedBird. ABI planned and executed the event over a 9-month period.  The ​​Grand Opening HealthFest activities were designed to maximize participation and to balance the delivery of wellness information with healthy lifestyle tips, delicious food, and fun activities for the community.

This event was a massive success. The community came out in droves to support. Over 2,000 patrons came to visit, tour the facility, eat, and more. The event was publicized all over the DFW media. 

UT Southwestern Medical Center has been selected by U.S. News & World Report as the No. 1 hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth — for the sixth year in a row.
